SAUNA OPERATING RULES
To ensure safe operation and a healthy environment, we kindly ask guests to adhere to the sauna visiting rules listed below.
The sauna is intended only for healthy individuals.
Entry is prohibited for individuals:
– with health issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart diseases, contagious skin, hair, or other infectious diseases);
– in a state of intoxication;
– with limited mobility and individuals holding a ZTP/P (severely disabled) card are allowed entry only with the accompaniment of an assistant for their safety and health protection.
An urgent signal to end sauna use is always a feeling of significant heat, sometimes pressure in the chest, heart palpitations, or dizziness, and sometimes even mild breathing difficulties.
1) Every visitor is required to behave in a disciplined manner within the sauna area and to avoid actions that threaten their own safety or that of others.
2) The visitor acknowledges that they engage in relaxation activities solely at their own risk and that the sauna operator is not responsible for damages, injuries, and accidents caused by the visitors themselves through their own actions, non-compliance with the operating rules, or disobedience to the instructions of the operator's staff.
3) Entry is prohibited for children under 5 years old. Children under 15 years old may enter the sauna area only when accompanied by a person over 18 years old; this person is obliged to ensure the safety of the accompanied individual and is responsible for them throughout the sauna visit. The sauna operator is not responsible for any injuries to the child.
4) The visitor is responsible for any damage to the operator's property in the sauna area caused by their intentional or negligent actions/omissions and is obliged to compensate the sauna operator for this damage without undue delay.
5) Bringing and consuming personal food and drinks is prohibited.
6) Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the wellness center.
7) There is a strict prohibition on taking audiovisual recordings of other customers in the premises, and using mobile phones in the sauna is not allowed.
8) Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the premises.
9) A visitor who damages the wellness center's equipment is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.
10) The company is not responsible for harm caused by visitors' own negligence (e.g., on slippery floors or stairs).
11) We ask all visitors to comply with these visiting rules. Failure to do so may result in visitors being expelled from the sauna area.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAUNA USERS
Before entering the sauna, every visitor is required to shower with warm water.
Entry is only allowed without swimwear.
In the sauna, it is mandatory to sit on your own or borrowed towel/sheet.
The recommended length of stay in the sauna is 7–20 minutes and a maximum of 3 cycles in a row.
The stay in the sauna is guided by feelings; the visitor should feel comfortable.
After each cycle, the visitor is required to shower.
