SAUNA OPERATING RULES

To ensure safe operation and a healthy environment, we kindly ask guests to adhere to the sauna visiting rules listed below.

The sauna is intended only for healthy individuals.

Children under 15 years old may enter the sauna area only when accompanied by a person over 18 years old; this person is obliged to ensure the safety of the accompanied individual and is responsible for them throughout the sauna visit. The sauna operator is not responsible for any injuries to the child.

4) The visitor is responsible for any damage to the operator's property in the sauna area caused by their intentional or negligent actions/omissions and is obliged to compensate the sauna operator for this damage without undue delay.

5) Bringing and consuming personal food and drinks is prohibited.

6) Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the wellness center.

7) There is a strict prohibition on taking audiovisual recordings of other customers in the premises, and using mobile phones in the sauna is not allowed.

8) Please maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the premises.

9) A visitor who damages the wellness center's equipment is obliged to compensate for the damage caused.

10) The company is not responsible for harm caused by visitors' own negligence (e.g., on slippery floors or stairs).
