Visitor Regulations

1) Dream Gym (hereinafter referred to as "the operator" or "DG") is a center designated for sports and relaxation activities according to the opening hours, which must be unconditionally adhered to.

2) Membership in the club is not legally enforceable, and the operator has the right to refuse membership in the club even before it is established, or to terminate it at any time during the membership period – even without stating a reason. The operator will proceed in this manner, for example, in cases where the membership of a specific visitor could jeopardize the good name of the operator or the fitness center, etc.

3) Upon registration, the following information is processed: first name, last name, date of birth (mandatory information); residence, email, phone number, and photograph (the provision of which is voluntary). Client data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, and the protection of personal data complies with the requirements of the GDPR regulation. During registration, verification of the filled-in data through personal documents (identity card or driver's license, passport) is required. Copies of documents are not made.

4) Entry to the fitness center is permitted from the age of 12. For safety reasons, persons under 12 years of age are not allowed to enter. Minors (under 18 years of age) may enter the fitness center only when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or trainer (the accompanying person must always be an adult – over 18 years old), and with a valid written consent of the legal guardian (Parental Consent and Guarantee Declaration). The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the safety of the minor visitor.

5) Minors may be allowed entry only based on written consent from a legal guardian (CONSENT OF LEGAL GUARDIANS AND GUARANTOR'S STATEMENT).

6) The visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with the operating rules of the fitness center before entering, to behave in accordance with them, and to follow the instructions of the staff. By entering the fitness center, they express full agreement with the operating rules. A visitor who does not comply with the operating rules may be expelled from DG without a refund of the entrance fee.

7) It is prohibited to engage in sports activities in case of illness, injury, under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or medications. It is also prohibited to bring any substances not permitted by law into the DG premises. In such cases, the operator is entitled to prevent or disallow the visitor from engaging in sports activities.

8) The operator is not responsible for the current health condition of the visitor. Each visit to DG is at the client's own risk, and the operator is not liable for any injuries caused by health problems.

9) The last opportunity to enter DG is 45 minutes before the end of operating hours.

15) The exercise time is limited to 120 minutes. If this time is exceeded, the customer may be charged a fee of 2 CZK for each additional minute spent in the gym beyond the exercise time.

16) Due to the operator's objective liability for damage to items brought into the DG premises, it is absolutely necessary for each visitor to store their valuables, money, and personal documents in special safe lockers, located under the constant supervision of the reception. We would like to point out that the operator's liability does not apply to damages caused by negligence on the part of visitors or in cases where items were not properly stored or left unattended outside designated areas.

Lost and Found items are kept in a designated place for only a limited time. If the owner does not claim the found items, they will be safely disposed of after this period without compensation. The owner of the lost item is responsible for claiming it and picking it up in a timely manner if it has been found. For hygiene reasons, all forgotten or lost drink bottles will be immediately disposed of. These items cannot be stored or kept, as there is a risk of mold and other health-hazardous microorganisms.

Also, any discovered defects, accidents, and damages to DG property must be reported immediately to the fitness staff.

25) Without the consent of the owner or the representing staff, it is not permitted to take any photo/video recordings.

26) Visitors are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness throughout the DG premises, for protecting property, and for damages caused by violating the operating rules.

27) Adding additional weights to exercise machines beyond the maximum load specified by the manufacturer is strictly prohibited.

28) A visitor present in the fitness center does not disturb others while exercising, is polite and considerate to all others present.
