Did you not find the information you were looking for on our website? Then come and see us directly and feel free to ask. Our gym doors are open for you every weekday from 6 AM to 9 PM, on weekends and public holidays (unless stated otherwise) from 8 AM to 8 PM. You read that right: every weekday and every weekend day, including holidays, that is 365 days a year! And if you would like to come and work out even at 5 AM, that might not be a problem either. Nothing is impossible for us; it all depends on the arrangement. If it is at all possible, we try to accommodate everyone. Write to us and we will definitely arrange something!
