Solarium

Our company offers its customers the option of tanning in the vertical solarium MegaSun T200 PureEnergy

Before using the solarium, each customer must familiarize themselves with the operational rules of the solarium and unconditionally follow them, as well as the instructions of the trained staff.

OPERATIONAL RULES - SOLARIUM

General Information

The solarium is intended only for healthy individuals.

Every person who uses the Dream Gym solarium must be aware of their health condition and understands that they use the solarium at their own risk.

Individuals suffering from skin diseases, customers taking medications – especially antibiotics, customers with eye anomalies and after eye surgery, pregnant women, and customers with allergies may only use the solarium after prior consultation with their doctor. Furthermore, individuals who get sunburned without tanning (skin type I) and those under 18 years of age are not allowed to use the solarium. There is a health risk when using the solarium for individuals prone to the formation of freckles and for those with natural red hair.

Before the first use, the customer, together with the trained staff, will determine their skin type – sensitivity to sunlight.

Skin Types – Classification of Skin into Groups

Skin Type I – very light skin, red hair, blue eyes, usually never tans, high tendency to burn and sunstroke, only reddens, does not tan.

Skin Type II – light skin, blonde hair, blue to gray eyes, tans poorly, moderate tendency to burn and sunstroke, mostly reddens, only sometimes tans.

Skin Type III – normal skin, blonde to brown hair, gray to brown eyes, tans well, low tendency to burn and sunstroke. Skin reddens and then tans.

Skin Type IV – light brown to olive skin, dark hair and eyes, tans very well, no tendency to burn and sunstroke, never reddens, always tans.

Instructions for Customers

If you are in the facility for the first time, inform the staff and ask for an explanation and the risks of tanning. Familiarize yourself with the listed points of the operational rules and follow them. Do not use regular tanning products. Seek advice on the range of special tanning cosmetics. The staff cleans and disinfects the solarium – if you are not satisfied with the cleaning, request it to be repeated.

Tan slowly and only once a day. A one-day break is recommended between two tanning sessions, and do not expose yourself to sunlight on the same day. You can maintain the achieved tan with a frequency of tanning twice a week.

Unconditionally adhere to the maximum tanning time of 15 minutes. The initial tanning time should be chosen according to skin type and personal experience with sun exposure. People who do not tan in natural sunlight will not tan in the solarium either. Before tanning, remove makeup and cosmetic products, including deodorants and perfumes, and it is advisable to take a shower. It is recommended to use protective creams approved for solariums before and after tanning.

When tanning, use protective glasses available from the staff. If you have vision problems or have had lens surgery, you must always wear protective glasses.

After tanning, the skin needs care. Use a suitable cream recommended by the solarium staff.

Maintain proper hygiene while tanning.

Solarium Control

The solarium is controlled remotely from the staff area and automatically turns off after the set tanning cycle time has elapsed. After tanning, the solarium ventilates for 2 minutes. The customer can control only some functions, such as turning off the solarium, ventilation intensity, music volume, and aquacool. The staff will demonstrate these functions before the first use.

Solarium Features:

ACS

smooth control of air flow through the body and removal of heated air during tanning.

AquaCool

using two special nozzles, ergonomically placed inside the device, creates a perfectly fine mist that refreshes and rejuvenates.

Cpi Energy

provides a balance between UV tanning performance and the lifespan of tanning lamps.

BodyCool

is a modern, innovative ventilation system with four separate ventilation openings that ensures air flow throughout the body while tanning.

MegaVoice

Pleasant sound guides the customer simply and quickly through the functions of the solarium.

MusicVibration

MusicVibration creates sound where large surfaces vibrate like membranes. This way, sound is evenly distributed in the solarium.

mp3-sound-box

MP3 player integrated into the device. Allows playback of any mp3 files stored by the solarium manager.

Staff Responsibilities

The staff is required to check the cabin for cleanliness, hygiene, and technical condition after each use of the tanning device. Disinfection of the solarium with a suitable disinfectant according to the instructions must be performed after each customer. This disinfectant must be freely available in the tanning cabin along with a hygienically safe towel. When disinfecting the solarium and cleaning the cabin and other areas, the staff must use appropriate protective equipment (rubber or liquid gloves and work clothing). In exceptional cases, when the staff is forced to enter a cabin where the solarium is in operation, eye protection using glasses, which must always be available, is necessary.

The staff shares responsibility for complying with health and hygiene regulations and standards during the operation of the solarium.

Technical Condition

The operator is responsible for safe operation, repairs, maintenance, tube replacement, keeping operational records, and hygiene. The MegaSun T200 PureEnergy device is in operation. Tube replacement is performed after 800 hours (counter) by the supplier company, which also ensures their hygienically safe disposal.
